Because all products are accessed instantly after purchase, this Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which cancellations or refunds are accepted. By using our website or purchasing any digital service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below. All products and programs sold by Digital Mauli EduTech are digital in nature, meaning there is no physical shipment, physical service, or returnable item. Once a user completes payment through Razorpay, the system instantly grants access, sends email/SMS/WhatsApp confirmation, or unlocks digital materials. Therefore, all sales are considered final upon successful payment. CANCELLATION POLICY Since all our offerings are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, order cancellations are not permitted after purchase. Customers cannot cancel: Online coaching programs Digital courses Live workshops or webinars Monthly or yearly memberships Digital templates, resources or tools Consultation bookings For recurring subscriptions, cancellation applies only to future billing cycles, not past payments. If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access until the end of the paid period, but previously charged fees will not be refunded. Cancellations requested due to personal reasons such as change of mind, lack of time, misunderstanding of content, technical issues on the user’s end, or dissatisfaction with the course will not be accepted. REFUND POLICY Digital Mauli EduTech follows a strict No Refund Policy for all digital products and coaching services. Refunds will NOT be provided for the following: Completed purchases Missed live sessions Content dissatisfaction Incorrect product selection Lack of perceived results Inability to implement learnings Technical issues on user’s device or network Subscription renewals already processed Partial program usage Downloaded or accessed content You agree that digital content, once delivered, cannot be “returned”, copied back, or revoked, and thus refunds are not feasible. EXCEPTIONS — When Refund May Be Issued Refunds will only be considered under these rare and genuine cases: Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same product due to a payment gateway issue. Failed Payment (Money Debited but Access Not Granted): Razorpay typically auto-reverses such payments within 5–7 business days. If not, contact us with transaction details. Program Cancelled By Us: If Digital Mauli EduTech cancels a paid live workshop, masterclass, or coaching batch before it begins, we will provide either a full refund or credit for another batch. Technical Delivery Failure From Our Side: If we fail to provide access due to a system error and cannot resolve it within 72 hours, a refund may be considered. These exceptions do not apply if the user has already accessed any portion of the digital content. PROCESSING OF APPROVED REFUNDS If your refund request qualifies: Refunds will be processed through Razorpay only. Processing time: 5–14 business days, depending on bank timelines. Refunds cannot be expedited beyond the payment gateway’s processing time. NO CHARGEBACK ABUSE If a user files a false chargeback after accessing digital content, Digital Mauli EduTech will submit evidence (login activity, downloads, access logs, attendance records) to dispute the claim. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account termination and legal action. SUPPORT WITH ACCESS ISSUES (NOT REFUNDABLE) If you face any difficulty accessing your course or materials, our team will: Re-send links Restore access Provide alternate access if possible However, access issues do not qualify for refunds.
