Sharing your account or course materials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without a refund. All payments for our digital products are processed securely through Razorpay. While we ensure a safe checkout experience, we are not liable for bank failures, gateway errors, or delays caused by third-party systems. Digital Mauli EduTech follows a strict No Refund Policy for all digital products. Refunds are only provided in rare cases such as duplicate payments, failed transactions where money is debited but access is not delivered, or when a live event is cancelled by us. All course materials, videos, PDFs, coaching frameworks, templates, automation scripts, and digital resources are fully protected under copyright laws. Not all live sessions include replays unless specifically mentioned. If you miss a session, it remains your responsibility. For subscription-based services, billing may recur monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription anytime, however, cancellation stops future billing only. Past payments are non-refundable, and access continues until the end of the paid cycle. Digital Mauli EduTech uses third-party platforms like Zoom, Google Workspace, LMS portals, WhatsApp automation tools and email service providers. We are not responsible for outages, errors or failures caused by these external systems. You agree that Digital Mauli EduTech will not be held liable for any direct, indirect or incidental losses including loss of income, opportunities, data, or business outcomes. Our training and coaching programs are educational in nature, and results may vary based on personal effort and implementation. Your privacy is important to us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, illegal activity, abusive behavior, piracy, fraudulent chargebacks or violation of these Terms.
